Star Children Development Initiative (SCDI) is a non – Profit International network organization set up to promote equal opportunity, inclusion and Social justice for disabled children/youths and women. It is founded on the principle of equality and justice for all.

We are compassionate disability advocates We are a team of resource persons with tremendous knowledge to support leaders in shaping the diversity and disability Inclusion agenda. We are diversity, equality and Disability Inclusion consultants and strategists, offering bespoke training on inclusive practices. We work across business strategies, recruitment and people development.

We have worked and partnered with various organizations and government agencies within Nigeria and the United Kingdom.

AREAS OF INTEREST

Young people with disabilities are among the poorest and most marginalized of the world’s youth. Estimates suggest that there are between 180 and 220 million youth with disabilities worldwide, and nearly 80 percent of them live in developing countries – Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA).

Star Children Development Initiative as a children and youth led organization priorities the needs of children and young people with disabilities by strategically and collaborate fully equip them with necessary skills that would give them comparative advantages like their able canter part on issues that affect young people, such as: access to education, employment, health care and social services.
