Star Children Development Initiative (SCDI) is a non – Profit International network organization set up to promote equal opportunity, inclusion and Social justice for disabled children/youths and women. It is founded on the principle of equality and justice for all. We are compassionate disability advocates We are a team of resource persons with tremendous knowledge to support leaders in shaping the diversity and disability Inclusion agenda. We are diversity, equality and Disability Inclusion consultants and strategists, offering bespoke training on inclusive practices. We work across business strategies, recruitment and people development. We have worked and partnered with various organizations and government agencies within Nigeria and the United Kingdom.
Our thematic areas include promoting inclusive Education, Accessible Healthcare Services, Inclusive Growth (Employment & Entrepreneurship) Welfare & Safety for persons with disabilities
We work in partnership with medical professionals, government, parents/carers, the private sector and the public, to come up with strategies that will shape their lives and future. We aim to protect their right to life, dignity and respect in all our dealings and activities so that they can live fulfilling lives.
We improve their Quality of life through empowerment, professional advocacy and support.
We promote their Human Rights to Life
We also advocate for their Rights to Quality Education in order to maximize their potentials. They have the capacities to express and discover
